The Board of Water Supply
The Board of Water Supply (BWS) consists of nine members who are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the County Council. The planning director and the director of the department of public works shall be non-voting ex-officio members of the board. Members of the Board of Water Supply meet at least once a month. The meetings usually start at 9:00 a.m.
